Wyoming offers plenty of wildlife to be appreciated and the mountains offer splendid vistas. Water? We've got water! Lakes, streams, hot springs and reservoirs offer plenty of natural water activity in Wyoming. 

Yellowstone and the Grand Teton National Park provide great chances to hike.  People can find hundreds of acres to scrutinize in this region.  If they travel into the Jackson Hole valley, they can find many natural wonders. Hikers can find a trail for the starter or for the more experienced hiker. They can hike for a brief time or all day.  It’s possible to get help from a guide who will provide experience and lead people from one peak to another. A spa is situated on the east side of the Grand Teton Mountain Range, putting people near a vast range of trails where they can bike. You may be new to this kind of adventure, or you may have a lot of experience, but this place will give the chance to ride the perfect trail. There are some sensible trails. These include the  Ferrins Train, the Cache Creek to Game Creek Trail, and  the Hagen to Putt-Putt Trail. Here people can find a mixture of wooded trail. It does have some harder landscape to climb.

More difficult trails to pedal can be found.  These are for bikers who enjoy root drops, sheer switchbacks, and the chance to cross a creek.  These trails mean people will have to climb a hill.  They may require added technical  knack. They also need to carry a lot of water and some protection from the rain.

Many roads for people who want to hike or bike can be found near Casper.  One great place is Rotary Park. Here people can find Garden Creek Falls and the Bridle Trail.  There is also a parkway that courses near the river. It can be reached from several places.  People can hike or bike on any public mountain route, but the Lee McCune Braille Trail provides a singular place to hike that can wrong word people who have sight problems.

The Rockies of Wyoming’s west provide all levels of challengers for rock climbers, from easy bouldering along the lower ridges to lengthy attacks on high mountain peaks! Best known in the state is the Cirque of the Towers. This is found in the Big Sandy area near the southern end of the Wind River Range.
 
Climbers who are just beginning can test their ability at bouldering near the high benches for a day of hard climbing. Beginners might also want to rehearse their climbing in the upper Fremont Lake Campground. This is located northeast of Pinedale. Fourteen miles up Skyline Drive is Mulligan Park, a group of big rock overhangs opposite the lake overlook beyond the ski turnoff.

Local outfitters in Jackson Hole, Wyoming offer a large choice of horseback riding options for your vacation adventures. You can rent a horse for an hour or even a half-day’s ride or longer. There are combinations of activities that can be included, such as fishing, hunting. You can even participate in a cattle drive!

Wyoming's 11 cross-country ski areas are situated in the northwest and southeast regions of the state. Yellowstone National Park offers trails at two locations: Old Faithful and Mammoth Hot Springs. Only Mammoth is accessible by car--most roads through the park are not plowed in winter. Old Faithful can only be reached by snow coach or snowmobile.

Winter in Wyoming takes on special meaning for those who enjoy the solitude of the isolated out-of-doors. Residents and  visitors alike look for special treasures in its backcountry.  The energetic observer finds Cross-country skiing transports the him into a world that arouses the imagination. Snow will reveal views to be reconstructed, stories to be told, and signs that can amuse and enlighten.

Trace a mouse's trail over the snow to a place where wing prints disrupt and discontinue the trail. Then people can trace the trail of a moose and learn what and where the moose eats.  The can recreate a moment in a squirrel’s life by "reading" its trail in the snow. Even after recuperating from a face plant, a skier can see spiders or algae on the snow.
